Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Track van and teams to ensure collection are completed in timely manner.
• Managing centralised email inbox of Collections
• Outbound call -Calling the drivers to ensure correct number of parts collected in real –
time.
• Handling Inbound call of drivers – to assist with location issue, delay at collection
site.
• Planning collection by looking at the CBM and Weight.
• Escalate collection issues if any to line manager.
Job Requirements:
• Proficient in English, written and oral communication both.
• Should be able to work in cohesive and fast paced environment.
• Should be able to work independently as and when required.
• Good understanding of UK geography – would be an advantage.
• Well versed with Excel, Google sheets and maps (locations)
Shift Time: Rotational Shifts
Days of working: 6 Days during probation and 5.5 (alternate weekends working) post
probation.
Holidays: Only UK Bank Holidays.
