Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of company products across assigned territories and industry segments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in pharmaceutical, research institutes, public sector enterprises, automotive, and manufacturing industries
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes
- Travel extensively for client meetings and business development
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of hardcore sales experience in instruments/equipment
- Strong knowledge of regional markets including:
- Pharmaceutical industry
- Research institutes
- Public sector enterprises
- Automotive & manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Consistent track record of achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively
Educational Qualification
- Science or Engineering Graduate (or higher qualification preferred)

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client
prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering
suitable 3D printing solutions.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives.
Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) and similar field (MBA in Sales &
Marketing preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in technology or industrial
products. Freshers with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of 3D printing technology or related industries will be advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour in the technology sector.
