Key Responsibilities:
• Curate and source premium fabrics including silks, velvets, linens, suedes, leathers, and custom textiles
• Supervise and guide the upholstery team to ensure flawless execution of fabric application on furniture pieces
• Collaborate with the design team to match fabrics with designs for sofas, chairs, beds, and accessories
• Conduct quality checks to ensure fabric integrity, stitching precision, and finish standards
• Maintain strong vendor relationships with high-end fabric suppliers and mills, both domestic and international
• Stay up to date with textile trends, innovations, and finishes suitable for luxury interiors
• Ensure all upholstery work aligns with the brand’s design language and comfort standards
• Manage fabric inventory, procurement timelines, and cost efficiencies without compromising quality

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience working in luxury furniture or high-end textile industry
• In-depth knowledge of upholstery materials, stitching techniques, and fabric handling
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to differentiate between premium vs. commercial-grade textiles
• Experience in supervising a team of upholsterers or fabric technicians
• Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills
• Knowledge of fabric durability, usage guidelines, and compatibility with various furniture styles

• Diploma/Degree in Textile Design, Fabric Technology, or related field
• Experience working with bespoke or luxury brands
• Knowledge of fabric care, fabric treatments, fire-retardant standards, etc.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for material management is a bonus
