Job Description:
* Responsible for Sales of world leading Hardware / Software, other products through channels in a particular territory
* Achievement of sales targets for each product category within the territory cultivation of new sales channels as well as management and support of existing channels including driving targeted results with each individual channel partner.
* Pre and post-sales support to end customers and sales channels including Sales Training.
* Co-ordinate Product Seminars, Forums Interaction with Corporate as well as principal firms operating within the territory
* Coordination of training and technical support services to end customers and sales channels
* Presenting Company to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails
* Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team
* Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following Company’s Procedure
* You will effectively interact with other departments including the account management and technical team when handing over campaigns ensuring you fully and correctly brief in all aspects of the sale
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Exp in IT Sales or AMC Marketing / Business Development in India.
* Ability to identify new business opportunities using hit wise / relevant research tools / sector specific targeting and cold calling.
* Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
* Ability to manage and maintain accurate and accessible tailored documentation i.e. Presentations / proposals to meet client’s needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Ensure accurate and comprehensive recording of all financial transactions managing and guiding the accounts executives as per the company’s policies and statutory requirements.
– Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and ESI filings as per statutory requirements in a timely manner.
– Reconcile accounts receivables and payable balances while coordinating with customers and suppliers.
– Manage online banking transactions and reconciliations on a daily basis.
– Provide cash flow forecasts/ outstanding and payable reports/stock summaries/ other data as required by management.
– Support concurrent and statutory auditors in preparing financial statements and resolving queries as required in monthly reports.
Requirements and skills:
– Minimum 5+ Years of experience in the accounting field preferably working in trading/distribution/manufacturing setup with experience in managing 500+ debtor accounts.
– Should have excellent attention to detail and analytical skills with an ability to identify errors and interpret financial data.
– Hands-on experience with Tally Prime accounting software including Bank Reconciliation, Bill-to-bill debtor accounts management.
– Experience conducting analysis and preparing various reports with Ms Excel using tools like pivot tables, vlookup, etc.
– Working experience with a Chartered Accountant is an added advantage.
