Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development programs
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives
Liaise with external agencies for recruitment and compliance matters
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR management or related role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems

Your responsibilities
• Perform thorough and accurate manual testing of our web applications to identify
defects and usability issues.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and document results.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand features and application
workflows.
• Provide detailed documentation of findings and ensure proper resolution before
production releases.
• Establish and implement automated testing frameworks for our applications, with a
focus on end-to-end, integration, and regression testing and make them available to our
development teams
• Develop scripts and scenarios to validate critical workflows and ensure system stability.
• Establish concepts and infrastructure to make up-to-date test data available for
integrations tests.
• Continuously improve and maintain the automation suite as our application grows.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on test requirements and
priorities.
Your Profile
We’re seeking candidates who embody the following:
• 3+ years of experience in QA engineering with a focus on both manual and automated
testing.
• Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, NUnit, or
equivalent).
• Experience in frontend (React) and backend (.NET) testing, with knowledge of REST APIs
and integration points.
• Understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code principles.
• Familiarity with security-focused testing and experience ensuring alignment with ISO
27001 or similar standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with cloud-based environments, specifically Azure and Platform as a Service
Approach
• Knowledge of performance testing and load-testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Familiarity with Entra ID and SSO-related testing in secure applications.
• Background in Agile/Scrum environments.

9. Very good excellence in Microsoft xl & PPT preparation.
10. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.

1. Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize a company’s QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and train a quality assurance team, manage performance, and develop talent.
3. Process improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
4. Audits and compliance: Conduct internal and external audits, ensure compliance with regulations (like FDA, ISO, or CAP), and represent the company during regulatory inspections.
5. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with departments like production, engineering, and supply chain to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure quality is integrated into all processes.
6. Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and summarize quality performance data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions to guide improvement efforts.
7. Supplier management: Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards and are compliant with agreements.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures, statistical process control (SPC), and relevant industry regulations and standards.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
