* ENSURE SMOOTH COMMUNICATION FROM DESIGN APPROVAL TO PROJECT HANDOVER.
* HANDLE PAYMENT FOLLOW-UPS AND VENDOR COORDINATION FOR TIMELY EXECUTION.
* COLLABORATE WITH SALES AND MANAGEMENT TO MAINTAIN PROJECT TIMELINES.
* ENSURE PROJECT CLOSURE WITH PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND CLIENT SATISFACTION.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
* DEGREE/DIPLOMA IN INTERIOR DESIGN.
* MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN MODULAR KITCHENS/WARDROBES OR LUXURY INTERIORS.
* PROFICIENT IN AUTOCAD (2D) AND BASIC DESIGN PRESENTATION TOOLS.
* PROFICIENT IN MS EXCEL, POWERPOINT, CANVA
* EXPERIENCE IN INTERIOR, MODULAR INDUSTRY PREFERRED.

Travel and Logistics: Arrange and book business travel, visas, and accommodations, creating detailed itineraries.
Document and Presentation Preparation: Draft letters, reports, and presentations; transcribe and format documents for the MD.
Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive company and personal information.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact, liaising with employees, clients, and other stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Project Support: Assist with ongoing projects, including research, data collection, and tracking deadlines and deliverables.
