We have an opening for production head in Mohali location, Candidate must have minimum 2 year experience and above, looking after the production process and drawing up a production schedule, making sure that job are produced on time and meet the quality standards, estimating the human and material requirement for different jobs, drafting a timescale for the jobs, monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed, maintenance of equipments and machines time to time, monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programmers, keeping a check on safety and welfare of the production team, reviewing work performances of the production team, co-ordination with the management for priorities of jobs, rescheduling the jobs as per priorities, managing shifts, prepare production reports on daily basis and submitting a weekly production report to the management and maintaining cleanliness standards of the plant and the machineries.
