Job Description
1] Meeting doctors.
2] Visiting Hospitals & Nursing Homes. Meeting the officials for Tie- Ups so that we can do counseling & keep promotional materials.
3] Meeting front office personnel of Hospitals, Nursing homes & Attendants of Doctors & build good relations so that we can collect details of expectant mothers.
4] Placing Drop boxes & flier stands at strategic places inside the doctors chambers & Hospitals.
5] Refilling the drop boxes & Flier stands with fliers.
6] Counseling at doctor chambers & Hospitals to generate leads.
7] Calling the expectant mothers/fathers to fix appointments for free presentations.
8] Meet expectant mothers/fathers at their desired place & provide free laptop presentations.
9] Enrolling the expected client’s , complete the documentations, collect payments from expectant mothers/fathers.
10] On receiving phone call from the client inform the logistic support the date, time & place of delivery.
11] Reporting daily activities & leads follow ups through C.R.M on daily basis.
12] Providing information’s on competition & other relevant data’s as asked for.
13] Maintain good relations with the existing clients for reference.
