Skills and Competencies : Generalist profile having knowledge and skills in handling large workforce, good in compliance, Performance Management System ( Balance Scorecard ), Talent Management, Policy Deployment , Competency Mapping and development and Statutory Registration and Compliance. Having complete knowledge and hand on experience on the HR processes, preferably Manpower planning, talent acquisition, talent mapping, performance management system, employee engagement, Employee development.
Should have working knowledge of the following
1. Performance Management System ( Balance Scorecard )
2. Talent Management
3. Policy Deployment
4. Competency Mapping and development
5. Employee engagement
6. Employee development
7. Statutory Registration and Compliance.
Profile:- Accounts Executive.
Exp Required:- 1+( preferably from Accounts background with B.com or BBA)
Key Responsibilities:- Accounting, Banking, Making Vouchers.
