Designation: Email Support Executive

Location: Chandigarh
Experience Required – 0-2 years
Salary (per month) – Rs. 8000 – 22000 (Based on experience)
Shift timings: 8 PM-4.30 AM
No CAB facility.
Skills required
- Candidate must have very good communication skills.
- Candidate should be able to write good emails to customers/vendors so good English writing is mandatory skills we are looking for.
- Effective reading and writing English communication skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, listening and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
- Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
- Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business
- Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
