Having complete knowledge and hand on experience on the HR processes, preferably Manpower planning, talent acquisition, talent mapping, performance management system, employee engagement, Employee development.
Should have working knowledge of the following
1. Performance Management System ( Balance Scorecard )
2. Talent Management
3. Policy Deployment
4. Competency Mapping and development
5. Employee engagement
6. Employee development
7. Statutory Registration and Compliance.
Profile:- Accounts Executive.
