Required Skills :
Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp complex flows and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
Aware of validation of the documentation, the confirmation that the product works the way it is documented to work
Experience with multiple content writing tools, preferably Confluence
Good interrogative and listening skills – Not afraid of asking questions and find the right answers using the knowledge in the team, be it QA engineers or developers
Self-motivated and driven, structured and a quick learner

Salary – 10000-12000 per month.

Qualification- 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.

Job responsibilities:
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquettes
