Job Overview
Will be responsible for all managing electrical works/jobs in the factory, along
with managing all electricians.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Design, maintain, implement, and improve electrical instruments, facilities, equipment
products, and systems on continuous basis.
Inspect all installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and
equipment specifications and safety standards.
Ensuring of smooth running of plant by conditioning & monitoring of machines and all
electrical equipment.
Maintenance and operation of VCB, OCB, HT motors & Transformers.
Attend and resolve all Electrical breakdowns of machines and all electrical equipment.
Carried out Preventive and predictive maintenance of machines and all electrical
equipment as per schedule.
Manage all electricians, along with their performance and work jobs.
Manage Power Factors and plan strategies to reduce overall electrical costs.
Required Skills:
Mandatory: Degree/Diploma in related field, MS Office, 5-10 years of experience in 3-
phase electrical equipment.
