Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Actions
Organizing & Scheduling
• To be responsible for planning, scheduling and execution of
services as per the daily schedule through the ERP and conforming
as per PMP
• To distribute chemicals, equipment and materials to technician as
and when required
• To allocate Conveyance and OT to technicians
• To schedule as per time frame mentioned in contract
• To re-schedule jobs depending on availability of technicians
• To keep a close eye on the development & business opportunities
in his territory
Quality Assurance & Complaint Handling
• To ensure the quality of service delivery
• To keep maintenance of materials and equipments
• To keep close watch on Complaince and closure of audit non-
conformities
• To control daily operations with team of technicians
• To assist CSEs in handling customer complaints within 24 hours and
to resolve the complaint as per the customer’s convenience
• To attend the complaints & logically conclude them
• Identify problems and resolve the issue in coordination with the
Branch Manager
Identing Materials and Costing
• To do proper planning monthly and quarterly for Indenting of
materials through the ERP
• To maintain proper record of stock in the ERP
• To maintain cost of execution at optimal level
• To check on quantity of chemicals at sites
Service Monitoring and Customer
Relationship Management
• To ensure proper customer satisfaction as per SOP
• To monitor service quality at customer sites
Educational Qualifications & Experience
• Educational Qualification: Bsc (Chemistry / Zoology / Agriculture)
• Experience: Operations in a Pest Control Industry/Service Industry
Key Skills :
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good Analytical & Problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Should be proactive in planning & organising
• On Job: Very good Technical knowledge of Pests, Service Processes, Chemicals & Equipments
