He / She should be able to manage a team at the same time contribute at an individual level as well. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Will be responsible for leading entire sales and operations department for Hyd.branch. 2. Will be responsible for the availability of proper sales training initiatives as well as monitoring the effectiveness of sales efforts. 3. Will be responsible for aligning planning, forecasting and budgeting initiatives with business objectives in addition to developing departmental goals and objectives for further sales effectiveness. 4.
