● Male Graduate with – Minimum 2-3 -years experience. Having Travel industry knowledge is a must
● Knowing Visa formalities / hotel booking / transfers / tour packages etc.
● Should be self-independent handling his / her job responsibilities, well versed in drafting letters, knowing self-correspondence.
● Prior experience in Sales required
● Sales meetings with corporate clients
● – Dealing with company’s corporate clients.
● – Customer support with existing reservations.
● Experience on any of the GDS-Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo/Other will be preferred.
● Interacting with the Airlines / Customer Service. Age 23- 30 Yrs.
● Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
● Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns
● Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
● Create and update electronic records of clients
● Maintain relationships with key persons
● Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
● Very good email etiquette
● Well spoken, well read – english, hindi
