Job Summary
Technical Analyst (Support) for Normal Office Hours (09:30AM-06: 30 PM) in IT Company at Sebiz Square, Mohali IT Park, Sector-67, Mohali (5 days working)
We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join our increasing team. We are a Software product (SaaS) Company with expertise in Niche domains. Great working environment with a young team.
Responsibilities and Duties
The ideal candidate will be handling the following responsibilities –
1. Handling all Technical support / remote installation of the software products of Company (dealing with Indian & International clients).
2. Supporting seniors in Client-related communication.
3. Keeping complete records of various client related communication including installation and support activities in the assigned software.
4. Handling Company’s CRM for recordkeeping.
5. Handling some administrative duties.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience & Skills required –
1. Should have knowledge of the Internet.
2. Preferably should know about Cpanel, Windows Server, Software (exe) installation etc.
3. Good in computer knowledge especially – E-mails, MS Word, Excel, PPT.
4. Should have considerable typing speed.
5. Good in English Communication
