Maintenance and upkeep of stock at the corporate office and smooth dispatch of uniforms to the branches (PanIndiai) as and when required.
Maintenance and upkeep of files and records such as POs, Acknowledgement forms, Commercial approval, Vendor history, Catalogue etc. so that required document can be presented as and when required.
Timely processing of POs in Finance module as and when received directives.
Calling branches day to day basis for collection of pending acknowledgement forms.
Jotting down feedbacks/issues been reported by the centres.
End to end tracking of uniforms from vendor to branches and vice-versa to ensure the uniforms reach to destined location in structured and timely manner.
Receiving of goods in Finance module, preparing delivery challans and packing slips etc.
