Key Deliverables :-
To be the AVP of Sales and to manage the respective Homes Division’s Sales function, from pre-development to hand over;
To ensure targets are met in terms of sales efficiency, profitabilityand highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure all Government Sales verticle areas portray a professional, corporate image at all times.
Work effectively as part of the senior management team.
The job holder is required to actively promote best practice throughout the company as per their wider responsibilities for the management of the division; including the general running of the division, setting budgets, minimising risks, maximising opportunities, achieving the division’s targets;
Seeking to positively influence the progression and growth of the division.
Will be responsible for staff of Business Development Managers and Territory managers – if required
Developing growth strategies and plans majorly on Government vertical
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Writing business proposals
Negotiating with stakeholders if dependency there.
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Following industry trends locally and internationally
Consulting with our legal team in drafting and reviewing contracts
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
High-level communication skills
Stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to negotiate
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
Experience working to and exceeding targets
Experience in the field of Biometrics
