Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
Overall responsibility for payroll Processing and administration.
Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations – PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, labour law and record information on a timely basis.
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation.
Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Record maintain / Log Book maintain as per requirement.
Trained to operate both plant
Knowledge of Chemicals, Which are used in the plant like Anti scalant, De-scalant, Caustic, HCL etc.
Knowledge of DMW Quality parameters like pH, Conductivity, smells etc.
Operate the instruments which are used to maintain Quality of Water etc.
Perform daily checks of the wastewater treatment process and periodic checks of pump stations.
Knowledge of the operation, methods and procedures of a wastewater treatment plant.
Knowledge of mechanical equipment and the ability to diagnose and correct equipment malfunction.
