Profile – Senior HR Executive

Experience – 3 to 5 years

JD:-1. Onboarding employees, Making offer letters.

2.Profile will include 20% of recruitment and other 80% will include generalist profile related to HR Activities.

3.Overall responsibility for payroll Processing and administration.

4.Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations – PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.

5. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.

6. Ensuring statutory compliance for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, labour law and record information on a timely basis.

7. Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.

8. Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.

9.Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.

10.Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation.

11.Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines.

Our organization is authorized distributors of various electronics components & power electronics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.

Responsibilities and Duties

• 2- 6 years successful sales experience ideally gained within in a business-to-business environment, Responsible for various electronics components & power electronics within industrial/Govt, Automotive & Medical Industry.
• Preferable experience in semi-conductor industry & understanding embedded power market. Also Technical understanding and/ or competence.
• Should be well versed with the entire southern region. PAN India Experience is preferable.
• Excellent results oriented selling and negotiating skills.
• Able to sell product bundled to a service offer thereby not operating in the traditional wholesale price driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, both internally as well as externally, across all levels of hierarchy.
• Ability to create rapport and build relationships both internally and externally. Responsible for New Business development, Sales and Key account Management.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Natural inquisitiveness to look at creative/ innovative/ different ways of growing business in a maintained professional manner whilst in keeping within the parameters of best business practice.
• Commercial acumen and market knowledge with excellent time management and organisation skills.
• Flexibility in travel and time away from home.
• Identify new opportunities for the group products in A&D and also do long term scenario projections for deploying growth strategies in technology and applications.
• Must be able to generate & explore new customers for our product lines.
