Roles and Responsibilities:
− Manage role based access to Administrators, developers, architects, data analysts and otherteam members only the privilege level to cloud resources they require to do their job, and nomore.
− Mange the Broad network access knowledge of SDN to shape traffic flow. Also knowledge of transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) just like on-prem.
− Manage Resource pooling compute, network and storage. And check If your cloud-based virtual machines (VMs) aren’t performant enough, resize them!
− Manage Rapid elasticity and scale out compute resources to meet user demand dynamically and optimise the use of resources and keep the cost optimised as well.
− Manage the transformations from IaaS to PaaS solutions.
− Support of local operations and development teams in their work on databases, back-end Software development, front-end websites, and other mission-critical systems
Qualifications:
− 5 + Years of experience in:
− System administration and engineering experience (Window or Linux)
− Deploying VMs into virtual networks
− Configuring VM for optimum cost, performance, and security
− Backing up VMs and potentially providing failover recovery
− Hands on experience in containers like Dockers and Kubernetes is a must.
− Securing data against unauthorized access
− Backing up data and making it efficient to restore when needed
− Configuring long-term archival storage to maintain corporate compliance
− Deploying and configuring virtual networks
− Orchestrating routing paths, especially in a hybrid cloud
− Managing public and private IP addresses for your VMs and selected other Azure resources
− Encrypting data in transit, at rest, and in use
− Protecting Azure Active Directory accounts against compromise
− Reducing the attack surface of all your Azure resources
− Strong project and product management experience
− Security, penetration testing and threat detection tools
− Hands on with JSON and PowerShell.
− Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Puppet, Chef, or PowerShell and Azure Policy
− Provide systems support in and out of office hours
Soft Skills:
− Client relationship skills and experience managing vendors
