| Competencies | Process oriented, Analytical and Collaborative work approach, Quick LearnerKey Responsibilities Back Dock– Responsible for the back dock and safety & security of inventory- Timely GRN for merchandise and non-merchandise articles- Timely Customer delivery for store deliveries (Including OOPs)- Repacking and checking product content before despatch to ensure there is no customer dissonance- Timely Returns and RPA handling for shipping to DC/ Brand- Immediate movement of the stocks to floor post receipt – Completely responsible for for PID process (Compliance to schedule, conduct, accuracy of the PID and reporting to the SM- Take corrective actions based on health check report- On time pick up & reconciliation of trade-ins against salesSafety:Responsible for safety and following SOPs for storage and product handling |
