Job description for Versa SDWAN – For Support Role
Location – Bangalore
Experience – 5 to 9 years
Salary Range : 8 to 10 LPA
What You ‘ll Do
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, VPN, QoS)
Work closely with clients for New Projects on Technical requirements/break-fix to provide technical solutions/resolutions.
Troubleshoot & restore network related issues & SDWAN applications.
Ensure resolution of the incidents & service availability as per agreed SLA & Timeline
To plan and execute new solutions and increase the flexibility of the present background of IT infrastructure
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Desired skills
Must have hands-on experience on protocols such as BGP, OSPF, L3VPN, L2VPN, Multicast, DHCP, DNS, NAT, BFD, Application-aware Routing & QoS
Must have experience in SDWAN and aware of Architecture/Design of at least ONE SDWAN Solution, preferably, Cisco, Versa, SDWAN
Awareness of documentation HLD, LLD.
Ability to jump in to support with hands-on configuration when needed
Experience interacting with senior level/executives to communicate a message of network and security transformation.
Good Communication skills.
