JOB DESCRIPTION – Ø knowledge of grain based distillery plant,fuel ethanol(MSDH) plants,DDGS process plant, steam power generation plant.
Ø Person should know and trouble shoot the PLC panel, drive basic programming and control wiring.
Ø Person should know about the utility function transformer, DG, air compressor, VCB, ACB functioning and power changeover procedure.
Ø Person should know proper safety procedure to handle the drilling, grinding and cutting machine.
Ø Person should know to troubleshooting procedure why why analysis, root cause analysis for breakdown and corrective action for breakdown.
Ø Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes in industrial plant: Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standard.
Ø Handle & Maintenance of power plant along with all E&I activities process.
Ø Analyses and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
Ø Manufacturing engineers are responsible for the technical management, maintenance and development of new and existing production lines
Ø Coordinates with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
Ø Coordinates with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.
