For 2G VRAN we need immediate joiners for below positions – its similar to CALLP Core SIM with TCL/TK scripting experience as MUST. They all need to be developers with C++ programming. I need profiles by EOD. Keep experience less than 8 yrs. 2G knowledge is optional. Only focus on C/C++ with TCL/TK experience
1. Design & Development of S/W modules for the 2G/4G Access/RAN simulators
2. Analyze the new requirements, make high level design for the same
3. Fix the Dev/SVT reported issues in the ongoing PKG development cycle if issues get reported in Access Simulator products.
4. Enhancement of features and develop 2G/4G Access new features for RAN simulator

Job and Skill Description:
CallP (NRRRC, F1AP, RRC/RRM/S1/X2/CAC/SON/HO) Feature Design, Development and Maintenance
o Strong background in Wireless communication
A very good understanding of 3GPP specification
o A good understanding of Small Cell platforms (Qualcomm/NXP/BCM) is added advantage
o Strong Programming skills in C/C++ for LTE/5G L3 protocol development
o Strong Simulation Programming skills for System Design
o Strong communication skills to discuss with other ORCs & operators
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate in Electronics and Communication or Computer Science

Key Skills
Must have very good understanding of OAM Architecture and Design
Must have contributed to development of OAM SW(FCAPS/PM/CM/FM/AM)
Must have C++/C Development experience.
Good to have Knowledge of protocols like Netconf, Confd, Yang.
Optional: Knowledge of ORAN including CU S & M-Plane specifications, ONAP.
Optional: Experience with mentoring and leading a team of at least 6-7 engineers
