Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
1. Take care of overall coordination of onboarded doctor Clinic.
2. Ensuring data are maintained properly as per SOP
3. Ensuring good relationship with the doctor
4. Ensuring meeting the target of daily /weekly/monthly appointments for conversion.
5. Strictly Adherence to timing of the clinics.
Competencies / Skills:-
1. Good experience and ability to engage and build positive relationships with doctors
2. Ability to read, comprehend and explain medical reports and prescriptions
3. Good verbal communication and presentation skills
4. Excellent customer orientation

1. Monitoring and coordinating for timely dispatch of material to the parties.
2. Management of stocks & inter-branch movement for ensuring zero stock-out position
3. To monitor Inventory control along with maintaining daily incoming & outgoing materials.
4. Monitor or Control in-house rejection or Scrap inventory and coordinate with the After Sales
Team.
5. Logistics of inward material and also to arrange transportation for outgoing material
6. Responsible for receiving material and bills through courier services.
7. Make MIS report of daily/monthly RGP, Job work & Inventory opening & closing stock &
reconciliation of materials.
8. Maintain & Ensure FIFO, 5S, Kaizen Poka-Yoke & proper storage in their own area.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Graduates with professional experience of around 2-3 years in Store Management
2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Electronics/Battery Industry background will be preferred
4. Proficient in MS Office software / Excel
