selling , designing custom built lubrication systems , and products for
general Industry, , Someone with experience with Analytical customers,
Laboratory , R&D / Chemical /process market is also suitable.
Preferably from Instrumentation side having experience of offering High
end products to clients
– He should be having experience dealing with High end
products with VALUE Based selling.
– The person should be aware of the Tendering process and the
use his experience to work on long-term big value tenders right
from enquiry generation till bidding the same.
– Key account management skills are very important and essential
for this role.
– Being a senior manager level job, he should be able to do product
presentations to clients (Online / Offline)
– He should have apt skills to deal with Head office in coordination
of regional work related to Sales & support to clients on a timely
basis.
Anyone who has not been in the field traveling for the last year as
minimum is to be avoided.
They should not be of MNC mind set and should understand the
advantages in terms of learning they can gain and the responsibility that
a small company can offer – it should be a long term career move.

Primary responsibility is Sales Growth and Development of the said
region and growing the sales numbers.
The candidate will after learning the technical aspects of the products be
involved in developing a road map of the major OEM customers, major
applications and projects that can be exploited. To achieve our Business
goals for the REGION assigned for. (South mainly Karnataka and Tamil
Nadu)
He will be responsible for Sales Figures, Monitoring and reporting and
driving to the concerned reporting Manager for the entire region he has been
hired for.
He will Develop clients and expand distribution to focus on opportunities
and clients who deliver meaningful business volume, have good growth
potential.
He will be responsible for Strategies for key pursuits and major projects
within the market and ensure those strategies yield high returns
Draw upon technical expertise within the core team of each product
specialist to coordinate market specific technical solutions to existing and
emerging requirements.
Provide analysis and performance forecasts against business plans, and
when necessary, make timely adjustments of priorities to achieve plans.
One of the key roles will be developing personal relationships with key
customers.
Candidate must have high level of product and MARKET knowledge with
excellent English and Local communication Skills

JD:
Experience in selling Instrumentation products Like Fittings, Pressure
regulators, Flow Meters, Gauges, Solenoid Valves, Filters, Hoses, Tubing of
SST, Leak Detection, is preferred
Experience in Selling pressure systems, test systems,
Experience in selling Instrumentation Products or even Gas (cylinder
/Packaged Gases) is also preferred. Should have experience of dealing in
Industrial products such as / Valves / Transmitters / Actuators / Power
packs / Fittings / Tubing.
Market Experience in R&D facilities, Analytical customers, Laboratories,
Chemical, Oil & Gas, Biotech, Pharmaceutical could be useful.
People To avoid
Small time dealers to be avoided.
Anyone who has not been in the field traveling for the last 1 years
No production people needed, without 1 years sales experience
No software, SCADA, PLCS ,people . ( only mechanical or Mechanical
Instrumentation )
English proficiency is critical
Not been in designated Area for at least 3-5 years.
