practices and trends, as well as a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth
through online channels.
**Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
– Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our e-commerce website
– Manage all aspects of the online shopping experience, including product listings, pricing,
promotions, and customer service
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as marketing and sales, and IT) to ensure
seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives with other business functions
– Analyze data and metrics to continuously improve the e-commerce experience and drive
business results
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
**Key Result Areas (KRAs):**
– Increase online sales and revenue
– Improve website conversion rate through optimization of product listings, pricing, and
promotions
– Develop and implement a customer retention strategy that increases repeat purchases.
– Ensure website uptime
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with online shopping experience (measured by
