Responsibilities
Knowledge of 3D Printing will help you pitch to the partner better. Knowhow of methods, technologies, pros and cons, materials used, etc. are needed.
Understanding client needs and solutions to pitch in, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs) & quotes.
Coordinating rigorously with the engineering & marketing team on updates.
Make calls/texts for follow-ups, feedback, new events & technical coordination.
Arranging a technical call with the Customer and In-house Engineer when needed.
Updating customers regarding the dispatch of materials.
Follow up/Co-ordination with the customer for Payments.
Updating CRM on a regular basis.
Arrange meet-ups with potential partners when needed, so should be willing to travel.

Responsibilities Include:
● Review and analyze the month/quarterly-end close process; provide monthly
P&L and Balance Sheet reports to clients in accordance with GAAP/Tax Basis
using QuickBooks
● Prepare business tax returns (1065s, 1120s, and 1120s), extensions, and tax
projections at the year-end
● Ensure all financial deadlines and due dates are met in a timely manner
● Assist with tax notices and examinations
● Prepare returns for partnerships, corporations (single and consolidation), and S
corporations
● Train existing/new recruits on technical skills/concepts and share timely feedback
for each project reviewed
● Assist in hiring whenever the need arises
Position Requirements:
● Minimum 5-10 years of post-qualification hands-on experience with U.S.
accounting firm;
● Chartered Accountancy, CA Inter or CPA is required
● Experience and knowledge of the U.S. Tax Code are required
● Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Applications, and Project Management
System
● At least 5 years of leading multiple engagements and supervising staff;
● Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and
in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards
and values
● Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills
● Ability to work on multiple projects with time-pressed deadlines
● Knowledge of Lacerte Tax Software is a plus
● Effective written and verbal communication in English is required
● Competently analyze and prioritize information to make appropriate
recommendations; and
● Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and communicate as a
team with the domestic (US) engagement teams
