About the job
We are seeking an experienced financial planner to create, refine, and maintain financial plans
for our clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the
financial planning field and an ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Mandatory
• Certified Financial Planning designation (CFP) required.
• Current knowledge of US taxes, insurance, and retirement plans.
Responsibilities:
• Complete financial analysis and Prepare financial plans for our financial advisors clients
using current financial planning software platforms to include Envestnet/MoneyGuide,
Right Capital, Advicent/Naviplan, Emoney, etc.
• Interview clients when necessary to determine current goals, financial objectives,
income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, risk tolerance, and other information
required to create a financial plan.
• Interact with clients and financial advisors over the phone, email, and video conference
when needed.
• Contact clients periodically to update financial plans.
• Keep meticulous record of all activities in CRM (Salesforce).
• Respond to the Chief Compliance Officer and other compliance personnel as
required/requested for completion of various compliance tasks.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Dedicated team player with strong follow up, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
Education, Training, and Experience
• At least five years experience preparing financial plans.
• Bachelor’s degree required with concentration in accounting, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
