QC Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Executive to join our furniture manufacturing company. As a QC Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our furniture products by conducting thorough inspections, implementing quality control measures, and coordinating with various departments to address quality issues. Your role will play a vital part in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality furniture to our customers.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with industry standards.
– Conduct regular inspections of furniture products throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects, flaws, or deviations from specifications.
– Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide guidance on quality improvement measures.
– Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identify trends, and prepare reports for management review.
– Perform random and scheduled audits of production lines to verify adherence to quality control processes and standards.
– Provide training and support to employees on quality control procedures, product specifications, and quality improvement initiatives.
– Investigate customer complaints or returns related to product quality and work towards resolution.
– Coordinate with suppliers and external service providers to ensure quality materials and components are used in production.
– Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, inspection results, and corrective actions taken.
– Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality control and implement necessary changes to improve processes.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
– Proven experience working in quality control within the furniture industry.
– Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and materials.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams.

Description:Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Driving and delivering the sales goals of organization in alignment with companies sales plan
Business Development including but not limited to generating new leads, qualifying leads and partnering with internal solution and sales team to close orders
Responsible for executing the sales plan and process, including coordination of all necessary internal and external resources to best position the firm to secure the business
working with networking contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups and related Centers of Influence
Support Partners, Principals, and other stakeholders in cross-selling additional services to existing clients where appropriate
Work closely with local and national marketing resources to develop effective, targeted go-to-market plans for the industry teams they support.
Searching and qualifying opportunities with markets currently not served by the firm
Experience and knowledge of import export
Follow up with customers to understand the satisfaction level with regards to a product and services delivered
Maintain cross functional alignment in the best interest of organization
Maintain MIS and other required reports of the sales team
Required Qualification and Skills :
MBA in Marketing or relevant degree from Top B-School
Ability to actively participate in the proposal and Statement of Work creation process
Experience leveraging a CRM tool for report generation and sales tracking
Prior experience leveraging social media technologies for networking purposes
Excellent influence and negotiation skills; strong executive presence and business acumen.
Must be motivated and self-disciplined; must possess strong time management skills.
Master of Email and Telephonic Etiquettes
Excellent computer and internet skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in English and Spanish Language – Speaking, Writing and Reading
Minimum of 8 – 12 years of previous experience Agricultural Equipments in international Markets
Should have worked for Latin American geographies
Active network of Decision maker level contacts in Latin America and the surrounding markets
Exhibit exceptionally strong communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills
Prior experience in developing relationships with Agricultural equipment dealers.
