JD:
1. Coordinating with designers to ensure that they meet client expectations.
2. Overseeing the operation of the showroom to ensure it is running smoothly efficiently.
3. Reviewing sales figures to determine which designs are popular with customers and which
I need to improve.
4. Coordinating with the sales team to ensure that all orders are filled quickly and efficiently.
5. Persistent follow up on the queries by customers in coordination with sales team.
6. Understand trends, potential demand and competition and determine the market potential
and identify consumer needs.
7. Maintain continuous awareness of competitive products, pricing performance, market share
for the purpose of recommending product continuance or modifications and market
potential.
8. Determine and maintain the appropriate level of sales staff in order to effectively service the
customer base.
9. Recruit new sales staff in conjunction with the HR-Manager and Director
10. Monitor the performance of the sales (Showroom) staff on a daily basis.
11. Conduct and document performance reviews with each Sales Associate on an annual basis
12. Conduct weekly internal meetings with the sales (showroom) staff and address all important
issues concerning the show room.
13. Build and develop a well-rounded team of Assistant Managers and Sales Associates.
14. Proactively greet customers and develop lasting relationships in order to maintain
professional standards to protect the Bathline brand.
15. Provide customers with updates on product delivery status.
Arranging stock in a manner which is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
16. Maintain inventory accuracy.
17. Dispatch of Goods to Clients.
