Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of coffee industry equipment.
Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Install and commission coffee machines and related equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide
excellent customer service.
Keep detailed records of service visits and equipment maintenance.
Train junior service engineers as required.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices.
