The Job Role and Responsibilities
Answer customer emails regarding product issues, order processing, invoicing service and general client concerns.
Analyze active application files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the process.
Responsible for a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product information and be informed of any changes in customer policies.
Complete applications in a timely manner.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Strong programming skills in CUDA C/C++ and experience with GPU programming models.Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.Knowledge of parallel and distributed computing concepts.Experience with GPU profiling and performance optimization tools.Familiarity with GPU architecture and hardware features.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product conformance and
compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality standards for new product
development and production
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for
corrective actions
Establish and enforce quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Lead and develop a team of quality control technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance
evaluations
Investigate and address customer complaints related to quality issues, working closely with the Customer
Support team
Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, utilizing statistical tools and
methodologies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
Proven experience of 6+ years in a Quality Manager role within the Glass, Ceramics & Concrete industry
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, practices, and standards
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
Proficiency in using quality control tools and software
Solid understanding of relevant industry regulations and certifications
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
