Job Description
We are hiring another Business Development Manager to take over a mix of existing accounts
and new sales territory. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a
compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls
and inbound warm leads.
Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients to establish reports and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Participating in sales team meetings.
To look after a defined territory (HQ & surrounding areas)
To visit retailer market regularly as per the beat plan
Identify and add new market potential
Should be done min. 25-30 calls in a day
Competitors update
Identifying new business opportunities in retailer sales and converting them into client
Payment collection as per terms agreed with client
To demonstrate focused and new articles and collect primary-secondary order
To give secondary orders to distributors
To keep track of dispatches from distributor to retailer Must have good communication skill.
Experience in distributor handling
Should have experience in field sales
Ability to negotiate
Basic understanding of marketing & product demonstration
Good decision making and fast learner
Should be passionate about sales experience in FMCG is preferred
Must have two wheeler with driving license

Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
