Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Recruit regional sales engineers and train them on effective sales strategies
Set Sales targets – Region wise and National level
Make monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
Lead the Sales team and guide them towards achieving targets
Evaluate the performance of Sales team on regular basis, make course corrections as required
Negotiate and close orders with customers
Responsible for End To End process of sales from generation of enquiry to collection of final payment.
Set up an effective reporting system to closely monitor the team
Business Development -Pursue new sales opportunities, gathering leads, prospecting
Analyse sales data and recommend changes or improvements for effective business development
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Co-ordinate with Project Engineering/Sales support, Production, QC, Customer support team to ensure smooth flow of information & on time delivery.
Job Requirements:
MUST POSSESS
Should be a Graduate MechanicalEngineerfrom a
reputed institute
Age: 35 to 38 years max
Total experience of around 12 to 15 years out of which at least 4 years in a managerial role, handling a team of 4 members.
Proficiency in using office tools such as MS Office (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Ability to read, understand and interpret Engineering drawings
Ability to handle preliminary technical discussions
Strong communication and team management skills
Interpersonal skills – should motivate the team members to achieve set goals
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed.
CTC / Budget / Package (fixed+variable) : 08 – 11 lakhs CTC per annum
DESIRABLE
Experience of working in CRM/ERP software
Machine tool or metal cutting background, experience of setting
up machining lines or peripherals for machining lines, cutting
oil/coolant supply/management background

Responsibilities:
1.To prepare techno-commercial proposals (Reference drawing, Techno-Commercial deviation list, Commercial forms and formats) in accordance with the customer specifications/Tender/MR.
2.E-bidding and submitting techno-commercial offers as per the communication protocol.
3.Getting technical clearance by resolving TQ’s (if any).
4.Resolving the CQ’s & providing the best price during commercial negotiations and supporting the sales team to grab the purchase orders.
5.Reviewing the purchase order and submitting the order check list.6.Submitting the combined lot of technical documents i.e. Reference drawings, Tag lists to the Engineering department for their review and further submission to clients along with the GAD and QAP.
7.Bridging the gap between the execution team and customer for timely delivery of goods.
8. Sales Invoicing etc.
