Design Engineer to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have a strong background
in mechanical engineering, particularly in the design of structural components and systems. As a
Structural Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of

Key Responsibilities:
1. Structural Analysis and Design: Perform structural analysis and design of various mechanical
components and systems, including but not limited to pressure vessels, support structures,
piping, and other equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
2. Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials for structural components, considering factors

4. Project Management: Manage and coordinate structural design projects, working closely with
cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
5. Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering drawings, reports, and documentation related to
structural designs, specifications, and bill of materials.
6. Troubleshooting: Investigate and address structural issues or failures, providing efficient
solutions to rectify problems and prevent reoccurrence.
7. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the manufacturing and
construction of structural components adhere to design specifications and standards.
8. Cost Analysis: Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for structural design projects, helping
optimize designs for cost efficiency.
9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological
advancements, and best practices to continuously improve structural designs and processes.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor 's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A master 's degree may be
preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design, particularly in the mechanical industry.
Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools.
Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and project management abilities.
