Responsibilities:

· Procurement Process: Oversee the end-to-end procurement
· process, from initial sourcing to order placement, tracking,
· and delivery. Ensure compliance with procurement policies
· and procedures.
· Quality Control: Work closely with suppliers and clients to
· address any quality issues, defects, or non-conformities
· promptly.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement
· transactions, contracts, and vendor communications.
· Generate reports as needed.
· Cost Optimization: Explore cost-saving opportunities
· through negotiation, supplier consolidation, and process
· improvements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial
· sourcing and procurement, with a strong
· understanding of the B2B sales process.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and
· interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and
· procurement software.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work
· independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of industrial supplies and materials is
· a plus.
· Certification in supply chain management or
· procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CPM) is a
· bonus.

Responsibilities:
Use database to call Prospects
Give an initial brief about the company and set up meetings
for Sales Executives
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them
about a product or service using the company-provided
scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and
