We are actively seeking Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads, or proficiency in Programmatic advertising like DV360 would be a valuable asset. Candidates with a background in Digital Marketing Agencies, and demonstrating a track record of scaling multiple brands over a minimum of 3 years, are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Develop, execute, and manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to align with marketing objectives.
Ø Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting, optimizing ad performance for better reach and engagement.
Ø Implement A/B tests for ads and landing pages, focusing on maximizing conversion rates and improving overall campaign effectiveness.
Ø Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to continually enhance ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Ø Monitor budget allocation and adjust bids strategically to achieve better ROI and cost-effectiveness.
Ø Optimize marketing funnels to enhance lead quality and improve sales conversion rates.
Ø Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling campaign creative assets that align with brand messaging.
Ø Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and paid advertising channels.
Ø Generate and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
o Proficient in using Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager for campaign monitoring and analysis.
o Solid understanding of ad targeting and re-targeting techniques to optimize audience reach.
o Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for campaign improvement.
o Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques, and marketing funnel optimization.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
