Roles and responsibilities:-
Should Know Tally.
Follow up with banks.
ROC compliance knowledge.(Basic)
Microsoft outlook working must.
Well versed with latest accounting pronouncements.
Well versed with 2013 company Acts.
GST returns & filing working knowledge.
TDS compliance, Payments & return filing.
Balance Sheet finalization.
Reporting of intercompany transactions.
Drafting responses to various stakeholders such as bank, Govt. Departments, customers, Vendors etc.
Reconciliation of various account ledger & finalization of trial balance at periodic intervals & year end.
Able to handle personal accounts of individuals including bank transactions.

Greet and welcome guests.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Address product complaints and provide required service.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
Keep updated records and files.
Providing support to the sales team by preparing quotations and presentations.
Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer
complaints, inquiries, and comments.
Job requirement
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic concepts of Excel and PPT must.
Good communication skills oral and written. (English & Hindi).
Well-groomed and presentable personality.
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Should have experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company. At times an office coordinator is also good, but who has steady experience in admin,

Educational Qualification
Should have graduated from a secretarial college.
