Role & Responsibilities
· Identify, propose and close sales opportunities for Companies product and service solutions over the phone.
· Achieve the required quantity and quality of outbound calls to prospects and qualify, convert enough new business to meet a monthly quota.
· Receiving calls by prospective customers, cold calling not required.
· Utilize phone, email and web tools to communicate and present company offerings.
· Work in a team environment.
· Answer/respond to customers inbound questions; maintain CRM tools with accurate data.
· Meet and/or exceed individual product and services targets set by the client.
· Effectively build and execute a target achievement plan to maximize revenue; give weekly forecasting.
Skills & Knowledge
Should have good knowledge of Mac, Window, Email, printer, router, troubleshoot
Achieving Sales Target
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills required
Should have proven skills in working and building relationship with product partners and resellers
Excellent written, oral and listening skills required; Strong business understanding

1. Maintain Day to day activities of factory production
2. Responsibility for achieving daily production target
2. Prepare production schedule for Monthly & daily
3. Prepare the schedule for men & machines and monitoring as per production plan
4. Monitor production line and process quality
5. Monitor Incoming material quality
6. Coordinate with design department to clarify on production drawings
7. Providing on job training to new operators
8. Operate all type of machine as required
9. Raise purchase request for needed materials and spares
10. Preparing pre and post assembly inspection report based on inspection standards
11. Submit daily progress report to management
12. Ensure preventive maintenance and periodic maintenance of all equipment
13. Maintain safe and clean environment
