REQUIREMENTS
B.E. / B.Tech. Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineer with 3-4 years of sales experience in relevant Industry.
Knowledge of Rolling Stock Lifts, Cranes, Packaging, Textile, Pharma, and other Process Industry and Industrial Systems
Candidate should have good knowledge of customer base in India.
Good understanding of Business processes and demonstrable full knowledge of the Sales processes.
Good networking skills, strong client management skills with capability to develop
& maintain positive relationship with key decision makers & influencers in the industry.
Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
Candidate should have good command on MS excel, word, PPT.
A positive attitude to dealing with people. Leadership skills demonstrating
ownership, collaboration, and growth mindset.

Job Description:
This job is based out of Lodhi Marja, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, India.
In this exciting role as Sales Professional, you will increase touch time with
customers and will be responsible for driving sales of special application
Resistors and after Sales Services.
You will be primarily focusing on developing business with direct customers &
channels for Industry defined/ allocated by the company such as Rolling Stock,
Lifts, Cranes, Packaging, Textile, Pharma, and other Process Industry.
Understanding customer requirements and working to find solutions for the same.
Develop strategy and implement to acquire business from retention & conversion
accounts. Actively manage the sales process through lead generation,
opportunity development phases, ensure timely proposals, conduct techno-
commercial negotiations, practice value selling, follow up & acquire orders for
ensuring the linear order inflow and subsequent booking in the system.
Active Sales Planning. Estimating customer wise potential-budget, categorize
Customers based on their potential & the market share, recommending the
actions for major retention/conversion customers, review actual Vs target,
suggesting proactive actions and business models to achieve goal.
Mapping unexplored markets, developing new customers, new applications,
promoting new products/solutions through product presentations & promotional
events to customers, initiating product approvals, generating testimonials & conducting sales promotion for enhancing the market reach and hence achieving business growth.
The role requires good understanding of Industrial & Rolling stock systems.
Understanding the product specifications, selection of right product for offering,
complying to proposal making processes and attending technical commercial discussion with customers and consultants and employers.
You’ll continuously capture Market intelligence (Updates on Projects/ Market/
Competitor information, order won/ loss analysis etc.) by interacting in the market and with various Customers.
Coordinate with various stakeholders for the pre and post warranty service,
addressing the customer concerns & queries; ascertaining timely response as well as communication to facilitate resolution; interfacing with the customers for feedback to establish long term customer relations and thus ensuring high NPS.
Adherence to sales processes and guidelines, acquiring vital approvals & documentation.

Qualifications and Experience Levels:
B Tech/Diploma in Electrical engineering engineering.
8-10 years’ experience in design department having vast knowledge in designing
electrical products, experience of industries dealing in power sector/Indian
railways preferred.
Design- Electrical Products
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the management of all Design activities including Request for
Quotations (RFQs), Design freeze / release, Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis
(DFMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Design Verification/Product
Validation (DV & PV) testing and Computer-aided engineering (CAE)
Liaise closely with all departments to fully understand design requirements
Respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from the Sales team
Conceptualise new designs and design revisions
Create detailed costed design blueprints
Provide support to production to improve lead times
Improve reliability performance to reduce or eliminate warrantable issues in the field
2D auto cad and 3D CAD solid works to produce designs, drawings and models
Create a range of 3D models for a number of proposal/production and
development systems, products, and components using CAD/ applicable software.
Prototyping
Identify and implement design improvements (functionality, cost, design for manufacture)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Deliverables for the role
Managing a team of 10-12 Sales Officers
Responsible for origination of loans (both secured LAP and unsecured Business Loans).
Achieving the branch’s sales and collections targets.
Building and managing relationships with Channel partners and other external stakeholders
Engaging with relevant authorities and departments for Case Approvals. Escalating the case wherever required.
Engaging with Credit, Operations & Clients for effective & smooth case closure.
Providing regular service to the customers and taking care of their future needs.
Assist risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management.
Collections from overdue customers
Hiring, retaining and training the team to achieve strong growth in the locations under coverage
Responsible for overall cost management and policy compliance at the Branch.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
8 – 12 years of relevant sales experience in the NBFC / Banking industry
Exposure and understanding of products in LAP & Unsecured Business Loans / Small Business
Loans segments.
Should have worked for at least 5 years in relevant market
Exposure to the latest underwriting practices and tools prevalent in the small ticket lending industry
