Job Responsibilities
• Create 3D animations – both object and character and scenario-based
animations.
• Work with animation editors to merge layers of 3D animation.
• Knowledge in modeling, texturing, lighting and final rendering of CG
elements.
• Working with artists, animators, and other teams to deliver project
requirements.
• Translating storyboards into animated objects and sequences.
• Creating and animating objects, layouts, backgrounds, illustrations,
characters, VFx, Dynamics/particle animations ( water, fog , mist etc)
• Syncing visual and sound elements
• Good Comprehension to understand storyboards
• Good visualization skills
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a 3D animator.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D, stop motion and computer-generated animation
• Experience in project management
• Excellent artistic skill set with a full understanding of animation and
composition;
• Demonstrate understanding of the Visual Effects and associated pipelines;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Highly Proficient in CGI software (3ds Max, Maya etc.)
• Good Knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop After Effects; illustrator;
• Work well under pressure of deadlines;
Version 1
• An understanding of animation rigging/set-up and 3D character
animation;
• Strong understanding of scene layout to match plates;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• 3-4 years of 3D Animation experience;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Implementation of policies and procedures related to various sections like; – purchase, repair
maintenance, medicine stock order delivery, medical file audit, material shifting, patient
feedback, patient emergency, doctor movement follow-up and coordination, and opening
and closing of hospitals.
2. Monitoring the quality indicators like patient turnaround time on a timely basis.
3. Should have complete knowledge of random audits/checks in the hospitals.
4. Maintaining various worksheets for smooth operations and monitoring them on a regular
basis.
5. Making, Reviewing the reports shared by the area managers and making a compiled report
of all pending issues for completion.
6. Analyse budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.
7. Evaluate the performance of staff members during the appraisal cycle by HR.
8. Preparing training modules for the center staff and imparting training with coordination of
HR.
9. Finalization of the candidate by evaluation based on written exam and interview on real-
time field training.
10. Coordination with the area manager for keeping all Hospital Licenses, building, Fire, BMW,
Pollution, and pest control agreements up to date with respect to renewals.
11. Liasoning with administrative and district authorities for various hospital-related works
whenever required.
12. Ensure satisfactory inspections by various authorities in coordination with area managers
whenever required.
13. Resolve all issues arising in their respective centers.
14. Responsible to motivate the staff for smooth operations.
15. Monitoring inventory log of hospital in coordination with the Finance department.
16. Random check of their staff and patient records.
17. You are responsible for organizing and managing complete patient records at centres.
18. Organize regular meetings with area managers to discuss about updates, issues and
business opportunities.
19. Any other tasks assigned by area manager or Management.
