Description
To assist with the creation and maintenance of software applications primarily built for usage both in
restaurants and at the corporate office. This role also designs and programs Peoplesoft FSCM
applications according to project specifications required by multiple departments in accordance with
company standards. This position supports, customizes, configures and enhances the PeopleSoft FSCM
application.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day functions of the PeopleSoft FSCM environment
Will be responsible for development of enhancements related to PeopleSoft product suites along
with coordinating with functional lead(s) in identification and remediation of incidents and all tasks
related to production support.
Experiences and Competencies
Strong background in system development and implementation lifecycles
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field
Strong technical experience and knowledge supporting Peoplesoft 9.2/ PeopleTools 8.54
environment.
Experience working on minimum of three or four modules to support our environment which
include Real Estate Management (REM), Account Receivable, Billing, Contracts, Asset Management,
Account Payable, Project Costing, Treasury, Purchasing, Cash Management, eBill, ePro, & eSet.
Experience with PeopleCode and use of Application Designer, Application Engine, SQR, Component
Interface, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher.
knowledge and experience with reporting tools such as: SQR, nVision and PS Query.
Solid understanding of setup tables, configuration options, workflow methodologies, and module
integration.
Troubleshooting and resolving problems found related modules in Peoplesoft.
Must have strong knowledge of Oracle SQL
Must have knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM modules Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence
management, Talent Management and Payroll
Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBC,
element set up
Experience with Java, XML, Service Oriented Architecture (Oracle SOA Suite), Business Intelligence
(OBIEE) is preferable
