Education
● BTech, MTech, PhD in Electronics, Computers, Electrical or equivalent.
● Experience of minimum 3 project end to end cycles with successful deliverables.
Key Competencies:
1. Minimum 2 years experience with PCB assembly and surface mount technology (SMT), including reflow soldering, stencil printing, and pick-and-place machines
2. Familiarity with SMT process optimization techniques, such as design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA)
3. Understanding of manufacturing processes, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical Skills:
1. Strong proficiency in SMD and through hole soldering processes.
2. Able to understand and work on PCB schematics, designs and BOM.
3. Should be able to understand all the types of components and their packages.
4. Should have strong knowledge of testing electronics circuits. How to identify test conditions and how to write test scripts.
5. Should have strong concepts of root cause analysis and problem finding in electronics circuits.
6. Should be able to operate all testing and measurement tools like multimeters, power supplies, CRO, DSO etc.
7. Should have strong problem solving skills and should be able to make decisions on problems statements.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:-
Responsible to seek and develop new business in the assigned territory by the following, but not limited to:
· Execute long-term and short-term sales strategies to accelerate business growth
· Grow sales and increase Omicron’s market share in the region
· Understand and analyze market trends in order to achieve the target budget and identify future opportunities.
· Aggressively seek new clients by sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in and around designated regions, which will cover customers through interaction with contractors, consultants, and end customers.
· Develop long-term relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs.
· Identify and resolve client concerns; recommending a course of action to alleviate these concerns in the future.
· Persuade clients that the product best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
· Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating the features and benefits of our products and services effectively.
· Prepare on-time responses to requests for quotation, negotiation, and close of sales order .
· Maintain a strong knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing and marketing strategies.
· Attending and participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
· Submit regular customer visit plans; schedule client meetings and action plans for follow-up.
Education and experience
· B.E or BTECH (Instrumentation / Electronics)
· 3 to 5 Years’ Sales experience.
· Experience selling instrumentation and sensors
· Experience working in the HVAC and/or BMS industries
· Ready to travel.
