Job Title: Tele caller-International Sales
Job Overview: As a Telesales International Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to
potential clients and customers in international markets to promote and sell products or services
offered by the company. You will utilize excellent communication skills and product knowledge to
engage prospects, address their needs, and close sales deals over the phone. This role requires a
dynamic and persuasive individual who can build rapport, overcome objections, and consistently
meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Outreach:
• Initiate outbound calls to international prospects using provided lead lists,
databases, or other sources.
• Present and explain the benefits, features, and specifications of products/services to
potential customers.
• Customize sales pitches based on the prospect’s needs and preferences.
2. Relationship Building:
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers
through effective communication.
• Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and objections, and provide
appropriate responses.
3. Needs Analysis:
• Ask probing questions to understand the customer’s requirements and pain points.
• Recommend suitable solutions that align with the customer’s needs and offer value.
4. Objection Handling:
• Address customer objections with empathy and information, aiming to overcome
hesitations and misconceptions.
• Provide clear and accurate information to assist customers in making informed
decisions.
5. Sales Process Management:
• Keep detailed records of all interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions using CRM
software or designated tools.
• Follow the established sales process, accurately documenting and tracking the
progress of each lead.
6. Sales Target Achievement:
• Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to optimize conversion rates.
7. Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services, staying up-to-
date with new offerings and updates.
8. Collaboration:
• Coordinate with other teams such as marketing and customer support to provide a
seamless customer experience.
9. Reporting:
• Generate regular sales reports detailing progress, challenges, and successes to sales
managers.
Qualifications:
• Post Graduation
• Proven experience in telesales, international sales, or a related sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with international customers.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in multiple languages may be a plus, depending on target markets.
• Results-driven attitude and a self-motivated approach to achieving targets.

JOB SUMMARY
Conceptualizing and planning the initial to final stages of the event.
Manage the budget of the entire event by identifying the right vendors and delivering the execution.
The role is an individual contributor role, supported by resources within a matrix structure & hence, the capability to
Delivering commitments will be paramount.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create a detailed event plan including budget and timelines by proper execution.
Overseeing registration process, sending invitations and ensuring smooth experience for Guests, visitors, VVIP’s etc.
Logistics coordination (Transportation, Accommodation etc.)
Overseeing the On-site activities and event management (Staff, Vendors, Sponsor stalls etc.)
Obtain all necessary Compliance and Permits.
Ability to network with domestic & international stakeholders alike, and execute a plan to enhance VVIP’s experience.
Hire and Train the team whenever required.
EXPERIENCE / PREREQUISITES
6 – 10 years of relevant industry experience
A pleasant personality, successful networker, who, has the ability to connect with the Leadership teams of
MNCs’ / partners / celebrities & donors alike
Benchmark presentation and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills to maximize commercial leverage & in pursuit of building long term, sustainable &
mutually beneficial partnerships.

Being into Business Development (Automation Engineer), you will be responsible to –
01. Create and deliver powerful presentations and arrange demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.

Requirements and skills
01. Proven work experience as a Sales / Marketing / Business Development in Engineering.
02. Proven track record of selling complex enterprise solutions.
03. Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with team member.
04. Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
5. Solid technical background about technologies that we deal with.
06. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
07. Good prioritizing and planning skill.
08. Willingness to travel
Qualification:
01. Graduates / Diploma from BE(E&TC, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical) with recognised universities
02. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent knowledge about technology and deep understanding level about project requirement.
03. 1 Year and above work experience with any recommended Organization.
04. (Note: Candidates need to have his own vehicle to travel. expense will be taken care by company.)
