Having Expert/very Good Knowledge of Web Services/Window services /WCF/AngularJS/ WEB APIs.
Having Expert/very Good Knowledge of Frontend languages i.e. JavaScript/jQuery frameworks
Expert/very Good in using Asp.Net, C#.Net. Ado.Net-disconnected and connected operations.
Expert/very Good in writing complex SQL Queries while working with relational databases (MSSQL Server
2008/2014/2017).
Having Expert/very good knowledge of Object-oriented Programming Concepts.
Knowledge of all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) management and implementation.
Ability to develop and track a project from inception to deployment.
Good/Expert level knowledge of creating windows installers and MSIs.
Good to have knowledge of WinForms applications/WPF.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Technical Support professional located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Software Technical Support professional will be responsible for troubleshooting and analyzing technical problems experienced by our customers. They will also be responsible for addressing customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing quality customer support.

You will be providing support mostly over emails / IM / phone calls. Maximum via emails. It is not typical online chat support.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills of any Software in the past
• Experience in customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Should have worked on a Support Management Software (Freshdesk / Zendesk / Zoho etc)
• Ability to analyze technical problems and provide effective solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in web and IT solutions is a plus
• Experience working with customers to resolve technical issues is a plus
• Should have experience of handling SLAs.

Experience

• Atleast 1 year of working experience in Software Support
• Good Written and Oral ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SHOULD is a MUST

• Mohali office or Remote as per candidate choice

Work Timings

• Usually 8 hrs a day, however you will have to review any urgent responses on Saturday & Sundays and attend to Remote sessions, if need arises. All overtime will be set off with normal working hours.
