Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor the scrap generated due to civil activities; ensure cost effective
disposal of scrap.
Ensure adherence of project construction to the required quality standards.
Ensure that all workmen adhere to the HSE compliances; minimize
instances of accidents on sites.
Introduce effective practices for supervision, provide technical guidance so as to
minimize wastage.
Planning and overall site supervision for various civil works.
Planning, Preparing and tracking the schedule of the project.
Preparation of status report of the project.
Design co-ordination with architects for Layout related queries.
Project co-ordination with contractors to oversee the critical path of the
project and escalate any shortfall to senior managers whenever required.
Quality checking at site.
Oversee the safety of the site by the desired manpower allocation and
monitoring it
on daily basis.
Checking of BBS
Responsibility to undertaken for construction of building structure, sub-
structure and Finishing works as per quality standards.
Checking and testing all the incoming materials as per IS standards.
Preparing and following method statements for all works.
Preparing and maintaining MAR, pour cards, checklists, cube registers and
Quality reports for all works.
Inspection and monitoring all the works as per quality standards, If any
defects against quality works raising NCR.
Preparation of weekly and monthly quality reports.
Responsible for preparation snag lists and closing the snag lists as per
quality standards.
Coordination with structural, architectural, MEP and other consultants to
solve design, drawing and site related issues.
Coordination and conduct a meeting with all contractors, PMC & client for
project progress, quality and other project developments.
Preparation of Weekly progress reports and Monthly Development Reports
execution at site on time.
Preparation of daily Progress Reports and fortnight report for entire works
executed at site on daily basis.
Responsible for execute all the works as per BOQs and Technical
specifications.
Studying and analyzing Design brief reports to understanding the project
before execution.
Preparation of micro Schedule with the available resources, by giving time,
cost constraints as per site conditions, updating accordingly at regular
intervals and leading the project to complete it within stipulated dates.
Planning and coordinate with all the vendors for materials delivery .
Responsible for execution of all finishing works like block work, internal
plastering, external plastering, waterproofing, IPS flooring, tile flooring,
granite flooring, marble flooring and wooden flooring.
Responsible for execution of firefighting, plumbing works as per the
methodology.
Responsible for execution of structural steel, girders, lattices fabrication
and errection works as per the detailed drawings with in time schedule.
Responsibility to undertaken for façade works as per detailed drawings.
Responsible for monitoring of all works as per safety guidelines and safety
SOP.
Responsible for following safety checklists, preparation of weekly and
monthly safety reports.
Attending Various meetings with engineers, vendors, taking optimum
output from them and
reporting to management
Providing quality and timely delivery
Preparing anticipated cost reports
Any other responsibilities entrusted by the Management.

Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
A patient and customer-oriented approach to support.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Engineering Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

• Should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive.
• Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills, and good communication skills.
• Should be certified in NSE Cash, NSE Derivatives, BSE Cash & NISM Currency Derivatives.
