Role and Responsibilities :-
1. Individual to communicate with the higher management and act as assisting hand for chartering department and operations department.
2. You also need to assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.
3. Need to manage responsibility of assisting chartering department, follow up, voyage estimation, lay time preparation, vessel performance evaluation and other chartering related tasks as assigned by the department.
4. They should also monitor the performance metrics (chartering data management) and they should receive and respond to approvals and notifications on a regular basis by upper management.
5. A candidate should have good communication skills and be well versed with English and Hindi language.

Qualification
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in HR or IR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of HR Operations, Labour laws, Labour Acts, Compliances etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibility Areas :
Ensuing that that companies HR Operations run smoothly and all compliances to labour laws, acts,
and statues is maintained.
Proactively source and recruit high quality manpower for the business.
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Ensuring all employee records and paperwork is complaint and up to date.
Adhere to approved management budget for all HR related activities.
Update and maintain HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data.
Process monthly employee payroll in support of the payroll subject matter expert.
Process changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective
documentation/communication and updating relevant databases.
Process leavers, including preparing accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems
accordingly.
Produce Management Information reports.
Support team for employee on-boarding & Induction process.
Prepare Appointment, Confirmation, Experience Letters as and when required in standard format.
Maintain employee dashboards & reports for management reporting.
Coordinate all the employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee insurances and PF accounts of all employees.
Document and adopt development processes, best practice methods, tools of management
reporting.
Attend training, workshops for System Improvements.
