Required 4- 8 years in a good organisation.
Candidates should be well versed with HRMS handling/Recruitments and other HR Profile work.
– Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including coordination, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
– Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
– Design and run employee training and development programs.
– Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.

– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
– Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Job Description
We are looking to hire sales candidates with experience in the building materials industry. The candidates will be required to visit architects, builders and end consumers. The candidates should exhibit good English verbal skills and confidence.
Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an
assigned territory.
Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet
or exceed sales targets.
Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to
present company offerings and build brand awareness.
Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face
meetings with customers to close sales.
Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in
identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
Visiting of Constructions Sites and meeting the clients
Converting queries into orders

Assistant Finance Managers Responsibilities:
Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a company.

Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.

Drafting procurement processes and signing off on purchase orders.
Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.
Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes.
Assistant Finance Manager Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and
requirements.
Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and SAP, TCS
